• High-level and detailed schedules

• Activity definition, including durations, responsibilities and resources

• Staffing analysis

• Establishment of different procedures, standard reports, coding structures, metrics and templates

• Implementation of Project Offices

Experienced consultants

 

Our consultants are leading functional teams, abd are acting as subbject matter experts in their fields. This involves:

• Team management

• Functional designs

• Business process mapping

• GAP analysis

• Solution architecture

• Requirement management

• Managing deliverables, including proposals, statement of work, design-, test, requirement documentation

Technical analysts

Our analysts and developers have a very strong background in either the telecoms, or the financial industry. This invloves: CRM systems (Siebel, Clarify)

Billing systems (Geneva/Infinys/Netcracker,

AMDOCS, custom developments), Integration and messaging  (AIA, SOABP, TIBCO, OSB). In-depth knowledge in C, C++, JAVA,f amiliarity with JSON, XML, and CSV as data types with regard to web services.
